The 4-Hour Timer for Direct Spark Ignition System (4HRTC) is designed to be used with Crystal Fire® Plus Burners and Burner Inserts that are equipped with Direct Spark Ignition (DSI). Crystal Fire® Plus Burners are a product line by The Outdoor Greatroom Company, and they are commonly used in outdoor gas fire pits and fireplaces to create a controlled and visually appealing fire feature.

When paired with Crystal Fire® Plus Burners featuring DSI, the 4HRTC timer provides a convenient way to manage the ignition and operation of the fire pit. Here's how it typically works:

1. Installation: The 4HRTC timer is installed as part of the fire pit's ignition system. It is connected to the Crystal Fire® Plus Burner with DSI.

2. Setting the Timer: Users can set the timer to a specific duration, often up to a maximum of 4 hours. This duration represents the amount of time the fire pit will remain operational.

3. Ignition and Operation: When the user activates the fire pit, the Direct Spark Ignition system ignites the gas, creating flames. The 4HRTC timer then starts counting down from the preset time limit.

Automatic Shutdown: Once the timer reaches the set time limit (in this case, 4 hours), it will automatically cut off power to the ignition system, extinguishing the flames and shutting down the fire pit.
